This high quality glass lens headlight assembly from the original manufacturer Siem, features two tabs at the top for mounting. The lens is listed as 115mm but the total width across is 123mm. This assembly was used on early Super 125/150 ,some Sprints, Primavera, and ET3. It was also used on the 1966 Sears Allstate, both smallframe and largeframe versions except it only feature one bulb in the assembly. It includes the bulb holder.
