Christmas tree bearing. This particular bearing fits most P200s. It is highly recommended that you get a parts manual and verify which bearing you need, as Piaggio was fond of changing this bearing's size willy-nilly.
This bearing is also the same as the 30209 bearing that is for Super, PX, and Stella. We have no idea why the two bearings have different part numbers.
